Animal House - Long-Haired Teens
During the parade scene where the nerdy Delta House guy steals the drum major's baton and leads the band into the alley, look at the teenagers standing on the corner as they turn into the alley. They are typical 70s teenagers with long hair not in fashion in the early 1960s. I guess they needed lots of extras and didn't have a large enough budget for period costumes.

Good spot. Just re-watched this on dvd after reading your comment. The best (worst) example of this is the end of Escape to Victory, set in occupied Paris during WWII. As the crowd run out of the football stadium celebrating the result, it's strikingly clear that they are mostly wearing mid-70's flares, sports tops, and haircuts. Great Fun to watch
