When Black Mamba is having a sword fight with O-Ren in the snowy garden, O-Ren cuts Black Mamba's back, they clearly show the long, bloody slash on her back. Later Black Mamba falls on her back on to the snow, she lies there for quite a while in pain. then she stands up to fight, but look at the snow, there is no blood imprint from her slash on the back!
