ok, at the very beginning of season 9, when joey "proposes" to rachel, ross begins to find out. while the 3 of them are in the hospital room talking, the nurse comes in to see if emma will breast-feed. the nurse leaves them alone after emma starts feeding, and if you watch her, she closes the door on her way out. joey makes a comment to rachel, and ross gives him a look, causing joey to leave. if you watch joey as he leaves, he pulls the now open door closed behind him. didn't the nurse close it behind her as she left? a mistake if u ask me
