Okay after Riley figures out what time they need to be at the Independence Hall clock tower, 2:22, and they go to the clock tower and Abigail and Riley get chased down the food court, the other two men on the bad guys side pass a neon clock and it says 2:38. Riley says something at the store while looking at the 100 dollar bill about daylight savings time. So the clock would say 3:38.
