On the main menu of the Seinfeld DVD Season three edition disc 3, the episode list can be clearly seen from the main menu screen before actually going to the episode menu. When you actually go to the menu, the episode don't match up. This shows that originally there were going to be significant changes to which episodes would be shown. I am not 100% if this happens on any other discs.
