After striking out a batter, Crash (Kevin Costner) goes to the mound to talk to Nuke (Tim Robbins) and tells him to throw the next pitch at the Bull mascot because Crash wants to scare the next man up to bat. Nuke hits the Bull mascot and the next pitch he throws is then the first strike but the umpire signals a strikeout. Last time I checked, it took 3 strikes to make an out.
