When Legolas is on top of the Oliphaunt, he draws an arrow. As he strings this arrow, it magically becomes 3 arrows. This should have been caught by Peter.

this is not a slip up.if you watch it in Slo-Mo you can see Legolas feeling for 3 arrows.
