Pull your socks up!" He accurately fires a total of 8 rounds (full mag plus chamber)before running out of ammo. Later (and here's the slip-up) when Avi shoots wildly around the room, he fires 11 rounds, one of which kills Tony(bummer). I know there is a 9mm knock-off/replica of the DEP that has a 10 round mag, but Tony plainly stated, "Wheras my gun says, 'Desert Eagle, point five-oh."
