Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - Meat on the Menu
This occurs near the beginning of the movie when the Urak-hai and Orcs, who have captured Merry and Pippin, are being pursued by Arogorn, Legolas and Gimli. They stop for the night to build a fire and get a breather. One of the Orcs, after complaining about eating nothing but maggoty bread for days, decides to try to eat Merry and Pippin. After a confrontation with one of the Urak-hai, the Orc's head is chopped off. The Urak-hai then announces; "Looks like meat is back on the menu boys!".
I don't believe that any Urak-hai has ever ordered off of a menu or would even know what one was.

That's probably true, but the word "Menu" itself simply means a selection. I don't recall how intelligent (or unintelligent as the case may be) these creatures are, but if they can speak.. Odds are they know what "menu" means, and how to use it--which isn't limited to a piece of paper outlining dishes in a restaurant. At any rate, even if the intended meaning was a reference to Menus in eating establishments, it was just a small joke; not a slip-up.

its just a saying... Seriously, its just for a funny reference. Why do people say bajillion if its not a real number?

The menu is the list of foods at a meal, whether written or not, whether choice is given or not. It's a common enough term for "what's for dinner". Not a slip-up.
