Enemy of the State - Premature Bus Splatter
Look for when Will Smith's friend is running out into the street. Right before his friend gets hit by the bus he splatters like he was hit by the bus. Go frame by frame and you'll see that right before he got hit he flew apart.

I think this may be for effect but I'm not sure. Check out my slip-up for BRIDE OF CHUCKY. The same thing happened in that movie, too.
