In the episode where Leela gets two eyes, The doctor checks her eyes. One eye moves, the other doesn't. In the next scene you see Leela move both her eyes!

I noticed that too! But, I don't think it's a slip-up though, because it was obviously done for the comedic effect. And it was pretty funny!
