In the episode 'Dougs Derby Dilemma' he and the others are building soapbox derby racers for the Mt. St. Buster Downhill Speed Race. Doug and Skeeter join up to make their racer.

At one point, Roger pokes his head in and tells them that Bebe is stealing their idea, causing them to panic and rush out of the garage. When Porkchop dashes off he leaves behind his overalls and hard-helmet.

Yet in the next scene, when you see the guys leaving the garage from Rogers point of view Porkchop is still wearing the hard-helmet and overalls.
