During the scene right after Deuce has the fight with Kate, they show him working on a lobster tank in a restaurant. While he's fixing it, a waiter comes and takes a lobster out of the tank. Look closely, you'll see that the Lobster is red. This means that the lobster was already cooked in the tank. In fact, ALL the lobsters in the tank are already cooked. Anyone who eats lobster knows they're kept alive in the tank until they're ordered. In case you can't find it, it's at the 61:10 marker on the DVD.
