At approximately 1h 47m 50s, one of the agents gets shot up by Neo, but you can quite clearly, even without slow motion (because that specific scene is already in slo-mo), see that the agent is a dummy, his leg bends in a way I personally never wish to experience. Also, just before the dummy, the scene seems to switch from the actor to the dummy (watch carefully, the scene goes to Neo, then follows the bullets, then tries to blend the actor and the dummy, but not succesfully!)
