I AGREE!! I did not notice it the first time that I saw the movie, but the second time around I did. Someone really messed up here....I wonder why the producers/editors did not notice this.

I have seen this too ... Daniel opens the door for Sam to leave; then the scene cuts to a bit closer and Sam reaches past Daniel and opens the door!
