In "The One in Massapequa", everyone is at the anniversary party for Ross and Monica's parents. During her toast, Monica walks off the stage and hands a picture to this man to give to her parents. Next you see a close up shot of her mom being handed the picture. When Monica is walking back onto the stage, you can see the man handing her mother the picture again.
