In the Viva La Bam episode where the crew has a demolition derby, Tim Glomb gets disqualified for going outside the boundaries, and Don Vito wins. However, Don Vito should not get the win because earlier in the derby, he parked his car outside the boundaries to wait for a time when everyone else was hurt to go and win. He broke the exact same rule as Tim Glomb, but was not disqualified and ended up winning.
