Friends - Ghost?
Watch series 6 of friends- the one where Phoebe is left to look after the babies, just before the camera cuts to the baby in the drawer, look on the right of the screen. What looks like a ghost can be seen!!!

I think that it is actually a shadow of a guy putting the baby into the drawer. Phoebe then finds the baby in the drawer.

I've seen this kind of thing before on TV shows. It was the guy who took the baby away. It's still a slip-up, though.
