Go to the part where Harry pull's out AJ's air pipe and puts him back into the 'elevator' to re-board the shuttle.

When Harry says something along the lines of "Well, this was a really great idea!!", you can see the reflection of one of the crew members (possibly a cameraman?).

A minor slip up, but...

Nevertheless, it didn't take away from my enjoyment of the film.
