The writer of the slipup says Bond's shirt comes off while he is hand-cuffed, but if you look closely, you see it drapped around his wrist. TomBond

If you notice, unless bond is wearing a special outfit (skiing, skydiving, etc, etc, etc) he always has button up cuff. He could have just unbuttoned the cuff and slipped the shirt through the hole!

If you have a look very closely, you will notice that there is a shirt hanging off his arm. There is no slip here.

Bond Always wears a button-sewn shirt, with button cuffs, and the shirt is still there. He wears-for the record, either a suit, or Sea Island cotton shirts.
