In the scene where where George and Clarence are in George abandoned home, Clarence is calling on Joseph to help while he's being handcuffed. The shadow behind them is clearly that of Ernie the cab driver pointing a finger. The problem is the shadow of his hand makes pointing gestures before he does! Notice the next scene which is a close up on Ernie. He then just begins to use a pointing gesture and says "I need a drink". Clearly, the scene was shot several times and the shadow was not caught for the final cut.
