Annie (Pinkett-Smith) is trapped on the 16th floor. She is in the government building. Max (Foxx) tells her to call 911 and get help. She does, but here are the slip-ups: 1) She doesn't get an open line like you would have to with that phone system, and 2) She doesn't dial a 9 first to get an outside line.
