Back To The Future 2 - Cold Car?
This slip-up occurs when Marty and Doc go back to 1955 to get the sports Almanac from Biff. They have just traveled through time, and they are hiding the DeLorean behind the sign for the future site of the Lyon Estates subdivision. As they are covering up the car and making their plans, Marty puts his bare hand on the icy car. The problem is that in the first movie, Marty tries to touch the icy car, and it's SO cold that he pulls his hand away in pain. Doc even comments on how the car freezes to well below zero during time travel. So, how can Marty bear to lean on the car for a few seconds in the second movie when it was painfully cold in the first?

Well, this IS a slip-up for sure. BUT, I believe the general consensus with the whole 'cold car' thing is that Doc makes minor modifications to the car throughout the trilogy, so that by the end of the series, it's not cold at all after re-entry. The point in question is just a stage between REALLY, REALLY cold, and just kinda icy. :-)

On one of the commentaries of the Back to the Future DVDs (I forget which one), the producers mention that the car gets warmer every time it travels through time.

Not only does Doc never mention that the car freezes (at least not directly), it isn't Marty that touches the car in the first movie (as he is still filming the whole ordeal.) It is Doc who touches that car, and Marty's line is "what, it hot?" and Doc says "No, it's cold. DAMN cold."
