Green Mile, The - Lights Out
When Edouard de la Croix is being horrifically executed with an adverse effect on John Coffey, all the Green Mile's ceiling lights can plainly be seen exploding. However, after Edgecomb has spoken to Coffey directly afterwards and is making his way back down the corridor, the lights are all shining brightly.

It doesn't show all the lights blowing. It only shows one (maybe two) then a little later it shows Hanks step on glass and look up at the blown light.

Only two lights blow, the one in John Coffey's cell and the one at the far end of the corridor on the right (near the guard's desk)
