Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - Stomped Leaf of Lothlorien
In the scene where Merry and Pippin are being carried by the Uruk-hai when they realize that Aragorn and the others are tracking them, Pippin drops his Leaf of Lothlorien brooch as a sign. It falls flat and is stepped on by an Uruk-hai and squished into the wet ground, still flat, along with the grass, and no grass is covering it. When Aragorn finds the brooch, it is sticking up out of the grass at an angle. Good grief.

They showed the leaf getting stomped by a few Uruk-hai, but there were many more behind them. Any one of them could have stepped on it and changed the way it was lying.

i noticed that too. i figured, though, that the other orcs(whatever those things were)that were behind them stomped on it and that could have moved its position.
