During the course of the movie, Karen (Sarah Michelle-Gellar) is in the house and she finds the picture of the little boy and his two parents. The mother's face is ripped off of the photo. Notice the shape of the rip. It covers the entire face. Later on in the movie, another person finds the picture, and lifts it up. The tear is visible. This time, though, it only covers the top portion of the mother's face, and it is supposed to be the same version of the picture. There was obviously more than one picture used as props, because this rip is more of a horizontal oval-shape, instead of the original vertical oval-shape.
