That 70's Show! - Name Change
I love That 70s Show and I cant believe I'm about to identify a mistake from it but here goes... I don't know exactly what episode it is but it's where Eric (or Donna) says something about Hyde never having a serious girlfriend and he says "don't you remember Esther the biker chick?" Yes Hyde had a serious girlfriend and yes she was a biker chick but her name was not Esther it was Chrissy.

Actually, the episode where Hyde makes reference to "Esther the biker chick" aired a few episodes before the "Punk Chick" episode with "Chrissy".

Oh yeah, cuz there's absolutely no way Hyde could have dated TWO DIFFERENT biker chicks, right?

Actually,in season one there was a chick that Hyde ended up being with who owned a bike. She wanted him to go away with her but he ended up not going. Than later after him and Jackie were together and they had broken up. He was with another chick with kind of the same "aura" as the girl before. I believe Chrissy was the first one and Esther the second.
