Casino - Nicky Shoots Himself!
When Mr green is arguing with his woman partner (I forget her name)The woman partner goes to court and she knows too much. So they send Nicky to "whack" her. So the next shot is the lady in her house eating at her table, when Nicky strolls in from behind wearing sunglasses and a brown jacket. He walks up to her puts his arm around one side of her head and shoots her on the other. His arm should be BLOWN off. He would shoot himself . OR possibly he is so tough, he got shoot but he never even felt it....

He shot her with a .22 caliber handgun. Most likely the .22 doesn't have enough power to shoot through her head and strike him on the other side.

After Nicky offs the woman, the next scene shows Green debarking the Tangiers plane and a group of reporters asking him about the ".25 caliber killer." As a former member of the US military, I can certify that low-caliber rounds such as the .22 & .25 are indeed quite deadly at close range, though low ballistic mass would generally prevent their causing an exit wound (especially in the case of a head shot). That being said, if I were Nicky I'd have certainly kept my arm out of the way!
