That 70's Show! - Why Not Drink at Home?
the episode where they go from Wisconsin to Canada to get beer, makes no sense to me, because in the 70's the drinking age in Wisconsin was only "18", the age wasn't raised until regan took office

They were not 18 yet, they were still in high school.

I still agree that, decided on the times, going up to Canada for beer was pointless, but furthermore if any of you remember the Halloween episode where they go to the burnt down schoolhouse and dig up their permanent records, they found out on Kelso's record that he flunked the first grade, and ALSO found out that he was already 18, when they all got angry they he could have been buying beer all along!

It's not the fact that they were underage that got them pulled over, it was because Fez lost his green card and they smuggled him in and out of Canada.
