When Billy's first grade teacher, Miss Lippy, is taking attendance, Billy makes a farting noise when she calls his name. It appears as if all of the kids are laughing, but in there is a kid who is very obviously not laughing. After a few seconds he laughs a little bit, but the rest of the time, he just looks straight ahead. He obviously didn't think it was funny.
