This slip-up is in the episode of House of Mouse where Scrooge McDuck is trying to take it over and the screen the characters are watching is on a small TV. The cartoon shown right after everybody except the Mad Hatter and the Hare have left, the scientist duck that is related to Scrooge McDuck is talking about a Money Machine. He puts a penny into the slot and sets it to 100x. About a million dollars comes out when only one dollar would come out!
