At the beginning of the episode where Stan's grandpa wanted Stan to kill him, it was grandpa's birthday. There was a cake sitting on the table with a ton of candles. They had a close up on the grandpa and then showed the table again, the cake was gone. When it had another closeup on grandpa and then showed the table again the cake was there. OOPS!
