Near the end of the movie, when Frank and Hidalgo are just pulling into the lead, (I think it's during the slow motion part) if you look at Hidalgo's nose, the blood is gone. They shoot to a different scene for a minute and when the camera is back on Hidalgo, the blood is there again.
