Nightmare on Elm Street, A - Exposed Wire
Go to the scene in the jail cell where Rod Lane's blanket is crawling up his body in an effort to kill him. As the blanket end is creeping around his throat, look closely and you can see the end of the wire inside the blanket (used to move it) sticking out of the end of the blanket.

I had noticed that, and had thought it was supposed to happen, almost like showing Freddy's "blade" coming to get Rod, but when to listen to the commentary on the DVD, you hear Wes Craven say at that moment: "Oops, there's the wire." And then he, Heather Langenkamp, and John Saxon laugh. So, it was not meant to be seen at all!!
