I found this slip up in one of those marijuana/team sports commercials. It's the one where a team member is missing as part of a swimming relay. The officials announce "the varsity 200 yard medley relay," and for the "swimmers to step up." The swimmers step up on the blocks. If this was the medley relay, the swimmers would start in the water because the backstroke starts this relay. Pretty obvious slip up!!
