In the scene where Frodo is climbing up the side of the cliff inside mount doom, after Smeagal fell in. Look at Frodo's hand you see his index finger curled in front and covered in fake blood.

Seg writes:: If you watch the appendices of the Return of the Kings, you will notice that Elijah's finger is actually cover in blue tape. Therefore, the actually blue screened his finger so it would appear to be cut off. So it couldn't be seen curled up.; 15 of 6576 found this helpful. Did you?
