Fast forward to the part where Zero and Stanley are climbing up to God's thumb and right before Stanley starts to carry Zero, Zero throws up. You can clearly see the vomit coming out of his mouth. After that he starts to roll down the hill. If you look at where he threw up the vomit is gone and the place where he threw up is dry.
