Family Guy - Wrong Number Dialed
Okay, this was in the episode of Family Guy entitled "Road to Rhode Island".
When Stewie is trying to figure out Lois' number he says "111-1113" when he actually dialed "111-1111".

Actually, if you want to get technical he dialed, 111-111 only six digits, not seven.
