Spiderman 2 - No Smoke
During the scene were Peter Parker enters a burning building to save a little girl, there are flames everywhere but there is no smoke to be seen anywhere.

I wouldn't really consider this a slip-up considering all the fire in that scene is real.

Actually, there is usually very little smoke in the immediate area of of heavy open flame. Yes, there will be a lot of smoke rising from the building, and smoke in adjacent areas, but immediately around the flame has so much turbulent air around it that there's no smoke.
