In the alley, after the museum sequence and Bat-mobile chase:

After Batman gives Vicki Vale the grappling gun and he falls to the street, there is a quick shot of Vicki running on the catwalk. As she runs, you can hear the clicking sound of her shoes hitting metal. Problem: she's barefoot, as she clearly took off her shoes as she climbed out of the Bat-mobile. Perhaps the Foley editors fell asleep during this scene...
