During the scene when Morpheus is offering Neo one of the two pills it shows Morpheus talking to Neo with one hand behind his back and the camera angle changes to a front view and his hand is instantaneously on his side. It seems to me that everyone on set forgot the exact position that Morpheus was standing and produced this error.
