This happened in Italy, but I hope you'll enjoy all the same! Mauro Pili was gonna become Sardinia's president (Sardinia is one italian region) and he was talking about his plans, reading a speech. He told something about "our 11 provinces" and the Alps. Well, everybody knows that Sardinia has got only 4 provinces, and that the Alps are in the north of Italy, when Sardinia is an island in the south of the country!

Then it's been discovered that he was reading a speech prepared for Lombardy, a region in the north of Italy!!
