Ed Edd and Eddy - Mom or Dad?
In the episode where Ed and Eddy forge double-d's parent's sticky notes, the one on the suit says mom at the bottom. However, when he is explaining it to Rolf, he says it was "a hand-written request by FATHER".

I see it to be reasonable. It's his father's suit, so he might have forgotten that it was from his mother and not his father.
