Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King - A Quick Change of Clothes
After Arwen sees her vision, and returns to Rivendale, she consults her father and tells him to reforge the sword. When they show her again still talking to her father and holding the book, she's wearing a different gown! And it's really very noticeable.

If I am not mistaken the two discussions between Elrond and Arwen do not necessarily take place on the same day. I think that they are two different days. That would explain the different gowns

Most people would get confused with this. But while Arwen is talking about reparing the sword, it shows her walking up to it and looking at it and what not. Proving that time has past between when she arrives back and when she's sitting on the bed holding the book. Both Arewn and Elrond are in different outfits. Im not sure but I think Elronds hair is different too.

She might have just taken her cloak off. It's pretty big and floaty.

Yea, i noticed this too. I also thought it was a slip-up, and i told my mom about it, but she showed me that they were two different days. I think they should of made it clearer though. This confuses a lot of ppl i know.
