When Julie and Max go to visit the guy at the Al Capone Suite, Julie goes upstairs and watches as the rest of the gang comes in. When Max is asked to model her dress, she does a complete 360 degree turn only to be shot. When Marcus and Mike show up afterward and Mike examines the body you notice that Max is laying on her back with no bullet hole in the dress. The only blood you see is on her face.
