Law & Order - One Drink Too Many
In the Law and Order episode in which a woman is pushed from the balcony of her hotel room and landed in a tree, a medical expert was asked in court what her blood alcohol level was and he replied 1.2 Considering that the fatal blood alcohol level is 0.4 this was either a slip-up or this woman had one Hell of a tolerance

Actually the goverment estimates a B.A.L of 0.55 as the "Fatal Level". The actor probably was supposed to say "0.12" The directors must not have caught it. Ha, but you did! Nice one!
