Lord of The Rings: Fellowship of The Ring - Blood from the Third Arrow Before It Happens
Go to the part where Boromir is getting shot at by the Uruk-Hai with arrows. Here's the slip-up: When Boromir gets hit by the second arrow, look between the two arrows. You will see a dark stain. If you can't tell, it's blood. That blood indicates where the third arrow will strike Boromir before it actually happens. Feel free to flame me if I'm wrong, but I see this slip-up every time I watch the movie.

How do you know it wasn't shot at somebody else? Orcs/Goblins sometimes reuse their arrows.

All the characters reuse their arrows; not just the orcs and uruk-hai. After every battle, Legolas and Aragorn retrive the spent arrows and reuse them

It's a slip up. Lurtz, the Uruk firing arrows is the only one doing that, and he fired all three from a distance. So how could he have reused an arrow when Lurtz only fired two before the third, and was not near Boromir? The guy who posted this slip up said after he has been hit twice.
