After Jack saves Elizabeth from the water, and is being chased by the guards, watch as Jack is in the town about to run in to the black smith shop where he will soon meet Will Turner. Right as he's about to go in, you see that Jacks chains are disconnected. Then when he gets into the blacksmith shop they are not disconnected and he uses the machines to disconnect them. Whats up with that?
