When Morpheus, Trinity, and the Keymaker are down in the garage, and the other Twin turns invisible to avoid Trinity's gunfire, watch closely. You can see where the bullet is penetrating the Twin's 'aura' to go through him, but yet, the front windshield of the car behind him remains flawless.
