When Wendy and the Lost Boys are being captured by the pirates, the pirate with all the moles on his face originally gags Wendy. But after Hook says, "Take them away," the really white pirate is the one who grabs her. He wasn't anywhere near before!
I thought that as well. But when I looked closely when re-watching the seen, you can just see the pirate with the sun-glasses behind Hook when Hook says "A new era begins." About an hour, ten minutes, and twenty-two seconds into the movie.
